Function:
The plastic crusher is used to crush hard/soft plastics (bottles, barrels, films, plates, scraps, etc.) into uniform particles, so as to realize volume reduction (volume reduction by 70%+), recycling, and convenient transportation/storage; Particles can be directly used in injection molding, granulation and other processes.
Main application
1. Recycling: waste plastics → particles → recycled materials, and recycling.
2. Volume reduction and cost reduction: hollow/fluffy plastics are greatly reduced, saving transportation and storage space.
3. Scrap recycling: injection molding/extrusion of defective products, and instant crushing and recycling of nozzle materials.
4. Pretreatment: provide materials with qualified particle size for cleaning, sorting and granulation.
