Preparation before startup
1. Material pretreatment: removing hard objects such as metal, stone and wood; Dry the wet material; The bulk material is pre-cut to the size of the feed inlet.
2. Equipment inspection:
Power supply: voltage matching, reliable grounding and intact cables.
Knife set: The moving/fixed knives are free from looseness and wear, with a gap of 0.5–3 mm (small hard materials and large soft materials).
Screen: No damage, and the aperture is selected according to the discharge requirements (10–50 mm). Lubrication: add grease to bearings; The drive belt is moderately elastic.
Safety: protective cover, emergency stop button and interlock device are in good condition.
Turning: Manually turn the pulley for 1–2 turns to confirm that there is no sticking.
Operation
1. No-load start: start with power on, idle for 2-3 minutes, and observe that there is no abnormal noise, vibration and overheating, and the current is normal.
2. Uniform feeding: After the operation is stable, feed materials in a small amount and at a constant speed, and it is forbidden to throw them at once to prevent blockage. Slow feeding of hard material, speed control of soft material/film to prevent winding.
3. Process monitoring: Listen to the sound: stop the machine immediately if the sound is abnormal. See the material: the particles are uniform, without uneven thickness (the tool gap needs to be adjusted or the screen needs to be changed). Check the temperature: the bearing/motor temperature rise is normal.
