Today I’m going to share two common crusher wear issues caused by raw material characteristics during production.

Crushers inevitably suffer component abrasion when processing different materials. Below are two typical wear problems:
1.Wear of hammer heads and screen mesh
As core parts directly contacting raw materials, they wear out gradually in regular use. You can replace them regularly based on finished material quality. But raw materials with many impurities will speed up abrasion heavily and even force machine shutdown.
2.Wear of oil seals in lubrication system
The crusher runs at high speed with fine output size. Dust, rust particles easily get into the lubrication system, wearing oil seals and leading to grease leakage.
The above two types of wear happen frequently on crushing machines. To keep stable production, fully preprocess raw materials, inspect equipment regularly and replace worn spare parts on time.
