1.Safety Inspection
Do a quick check before startup. Remove external obstacles and confirm all components work normally to prevent unexpected failures and safety hazards after starting.
2.Start With No Load
Start the plastic shredder under empty state for preheating. Feed materials only after the rotating speed stabilizes, which brings better heating and crushing performance.
3.Tighten All Fittings
Fix the screen firmly, properly handle all sealing positions and tighten every bolt to stop material leakage, abnormal noise and breakdowns during work.
