Here are some practical maintenance schemes to reduce the equipment damage caused by high temperature and ensure stable production.
1. Bearing lubrication and cleaning (core vulnerable parts)
A: Grease the bearing as soon as the equipment stops;
B: Clean up the accumulated oil sludge at the bearing regularly. The accumulation of oil sludge will hinder the heat dissipation, which will easily cause the bearing to lock up at high temperature, so stop the machine directly.
2. Clean the cooling system of the whole machine
A: Regularly clean the dust and waste materials attached to the equipment fuselage and motor radiator;
B: Focus on clearing the air vents, ensure the air duct is unobstructed, and avoid overheating of the whole machine caused by blocked heat dissipation.
3. Regular inspection of vulnerable seals
A: High temperature will accelerate the aging of rubber and seals. Normalization inspection of production gap: Whether the tightness of each joint of the fuselage, sealing ring and rubber cushion are cracked, loose and leaking, replace them in advance to avoid oil leakage, material leakage and abnormal sound.
