1. Normal working conditions: shred soft materials such as plastics, cartons and films, and overhaul and replace them once every 6 to 12 months.
2. Wear-resistant working conditions: shred glass, wood, household garbage and slightly iron-mixed materials, and check whether to sharpen or change knives for 3 ~ 6 months.
3. Severe wear condition: with metal, hard impurities and construction waste, it needs to be repaired and grinded for 2 ~ 4 months, and it will be replaced directly if the wear exceeds the standard. Judgement criteria: blunt blade, gnawing, corner collapse, slow shredding and blanking, frequent blocking, uneven discharging granularity, immediately repair or change the blade.
