I. Key points startup and operation
1. Start the machine with no load, idle for 1-3 minutes, and then feed without abnormal sound or vibration.
2. It is strictly prohibited to overload, slam the material at one time, feed a small amount at a uniform speed, and do not block or jam the material.
3. It is forbidden to put hands and tools into the feed inlet and inside the machine body, and it is forbidden to reach out and pick up materials.
4. Pay attention to the sound, vibration and temperature during operation, and stop immediately if there is abnormal sound, smoke and peculiar smell.
5. Can’t be broken: steel plate, steel bar, stone, metal block, inflammable and explosive, barreled sealing materials.
