Earlier, I explained to you how to operate the single-shaft shredder and the points that need attention. Today, I will tell you how to maintain it to prolong the service life of the equipment.
1. Tool maintenance: check the wear of cutter teeth regularly, check the sharpness every 500 running hours, and grind or replace them in time if the wear exceeds 2mm; Reset the gap between the knife and the fixed knife after each knife change to ensure the shredding effect.
2. Lubrication and maintenance: grease the bearings every week, change the gear box lubricating oil (ISO VG 220 model is selected) every 2000 running hours, check the hydraulic oil regularly and replenish or replace it in time.
3. Daily cleaning: after each shift, clean the residual materials in the machine cavity, feed inlet and discharge outlet, and clean the screen regularly to prevent blockage; Wipe the surface of the equipment regularly to remove oil and dust.
4. Component inspection: check the tension and wear of the drive belt every week, check the torque of the cutter shaft bolt every month, tighten the loose parts in time, and check the wear of the hydraulic push rod seal.
