In view of many customers who have consulted the single-axis shredder recently, I will explain the usage of the single-axis shredder to avoid some customers from damaging the equipment due to improper operation.
I. Method of use
1. Before starting the machine: check whether the equipment power supply, transmission parts, tool clearance and protective cover are normal, clean up the residual materials in the machine cavity, and confirm that the emergency stop switch is sensitive and effective.
2. Start-up operation: firstly, run for 3-5 minutes with no load, and after observing that the equipment has no abnormal sound and vibration, feed evenly according to the material specifications to avoid rushing in batches.
3. During operation: monitor the motor speed, load and discharging situation. If there is material blockage, stop the machine immediately and clean it up. It is forbidden to start the machine for dredging. 4. Shutdown operation: after stopping feeding, continue to run at no-load for 1-2 minutes, clean up the residual materials in the machine cavity, turn off the power supply and clean the equipment.
II. Precautions
1. It is forbidden to send hard sundries such as metals and stones into the machine cavity to prevent damage to the cutter, cutter shaft and motor.
2. Wear protective equipment during operation. It is forbidden to reach into the feed inlet and machine cavity. It is forbidden to remove the protective cover without authorization.
3. Avoid the overload operation of the equipment, and immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting if any abnormality such as abnormal sound, leakage and overheating is found, and it is forbidden to run in spite of illness.
4. Non-professionals shall not operate or repair the equipment, and must cut off the power and give safety warning before maintenance.
