Recently, some customers have suggested that the motor of the pulverizer has failed. Today, I would like to tell you about this problem. Many users frequently replace the pulverizer motor, but ignore the installation details. Most of the motor burns out because of three assembly errors.
First, the coupling coaxiality deviation. The motor shaft is not concentric with the grinding spindle, and the operation produces eccentric torsion, the load fluctuates greatly, the motor continues to overload and heat, and the coil quickly ages and burns. When installing, the axis should be calibrated to avoid rigid docking.
Second, the pulley installation tightness is unbalanced. The belt is too tight, and the motor shaft is subjected to radial tension for a long time, and it is overloaded with no load; If the belt is too loose, skidding and heating, the car will be blocked in an instant, and the belt deflection can be reserved according to the model standard.
Third, the base is not fixed properly. The frame anchor is suspended, the bolts are loose, the high-speed vibration of the equipment is transmitted to the motor, the internal winding wiring is loose and short-circuited, and the vibration intensifies the load fluctuation. When installing, be sure to level the base and tighten all the foundation screws.
Daily maintenance gives priority to the above three points, which can greatly reduce the failure rate of motor damage.
