1. Material blocking: slow down the feeding speed, dry the wet materials, and stop the machine to clean up the accumulated materials in the cavity.
2. Abnormal sound and vibration: stop the machine, take out hard objects, and fasten all bolts of the machine body and the machine base.
3. Uneven particle size: grind/replace worn blades, and repair or replace damaged screens.
4. Fuselage heating: Stop the machine intermittently to cool down, and fill the bearing with special grease.
5. Belt slippage: adjust the belt tension, and replace the belt with a new one directly in case of aging and wear.
6. Material leakage: replace the aging seal and adjust the joint clearance of the shell body.
