3. The wear and tear is intensified and the service life is shortened. Solution
1. Source sorting, removing impurities in advance: manual sorting+magnetic separation+air separation+screening is added before feeding, and soil, plastics, cloth strips, wood and non-target metals are screened out first; These big pieces, such as colored steel tiles and car racks, should be dismantled and cut first to remove the sundries inside.
2. Control the uniformity of feeding: Do not feed in large quantities and in disorder at one time, and use a uniform feeder to ensure the uniform and loose feeding of materials, so as to avoid getting together and blocking the machine.
3. Equipment selection and matching: according to the amount of impurities in the material, choose a suitable shredder/crusher.
