When the crusher is turned on, it will give off heat abnormally, mainly for the following reasons:
1. Lubrication problem: if the lubricating oil is insufficient, deteriorated or the model is wrong, the dry friction of the bearing will quickly heat up.
2. Bearing failure: the bearing is worn and damaged, the clearance is too large or too small, and the friction is aggravated when rotating.
3. Improper installation: the bearing is installed too tightly or obliquely, or the parts are poorly matched, resulting in additional resistance.
4. Cooling failure: the cooling system is blocked, the fan is damaged, and the heat cannot be dissipated.
5. Overload: overload when starting, or motor power mismatch, overload operation.
6. Stuck parts: there are foreign objects inside, materials are blocked, and poor rotation leads to friction and heating.
