Scrap metal recycling and crushing equipment, such as scrap crusher, color steel tile crusher, frame crusher, etc., has long-term high-load operation, and the problem of wearing parts is prominent, and various failures occur frequently, which directly affects the operation efficiency and production progress of the equipment.
I. Hammer head failure
1. Long-term impact on scrap steel, color steel tiles and other materials, the hammer head is seriously worn, the cutting edge is passivated, and the crushing efficiency is greatly reduced;
2. The impact of hard debris causes the hammer head to crack and collapse, and in severe cases, it breaks off;
3. The loose fixing bolt causes the hammer head to shift and shake, and the abnormal sound of operation is aggravated.
II. Liner failure
1. Long-term friction and erosion of materials make the liner wear thinner, and the protective ability decreases;
2. Uneven stress causes deformation, cracks and even falling off;
3. The accumulation of materials will aggravate the wear and accelerate the wear and aging of the equipment cavity.
III. Screen/sieve plate failure
1. High-intensity extrusion causes screen deformation, hole blockage and poor material screening;
2. The impact of metal hard objects causes the sieve plate to be damaged and broken, and the discharging particle size is uneven;
3. Corrosion and aging reduce the strength of the structure, which is prone to damage and leakage.
IV. Bearing and transmission parts failure
1. Long-term heavy-load operation, insufficient lubrication causes bearing overheating, wear and seizure; 2. The coupling, gear and other transmission parts are worn, resulting in running jitter and unstable power transmission;
3. The aging of sealing parts leads to ash, which accelerates the corrosion damage of internal parts.
