Mechanical jam problem (High incidence of failure)
1.There are too many materials stuck and accumulated in the machine body.
Malfunction: There is muffled noise when starting, and the equipment will not turn.
Solution: Be sure to cut off the power, manually clean up the stuck materials such as color steel tiles, cans, waste aluminum, car frames, etc. in the cavity, and try the machine again after emptying the accumulated materials.
2. The blade is stuck and rusted
Fault manifestations: the rotating shaft is locked and it is difficult to turn the car manually. Solution: clean up the debris in the blade gap and add lubricating oil to the rotating shaft and bearing; The deformation and dislocation of the blade shall be corrected or replaced in time.
3. Transmission component failure (belt/coupling)
Fault symptom: the motor rotates, but the main engine does not run.
Solution: Check whether the V-belt is broken, slipping and loose, and adjust the belt tension; If the coupling rubber sleeve is damaged or dislocated, re-calibrate and replace the fittings.
