Earlier, I told you about the precautions in using plastic crusher. Today, I will tell you about the maintenance method of crusher. Thereby prolonging the service life of the equipment.
1. Cleaning the machine cavity: after stopping the machine, clean the residual plastic in the crushing chamber, blades and screens to avoid caking and blocking; Blow off the dust with compressed air and clean up the ash outlet.
2. Check the blade: check whether the moving blade/fixed blade is cracked, worn or loose; Tighten the knife bolt after the new machine runs for 1 hour.
3. Check the screen: clean up the screen blockage and replace it in time to ensure the uniform discharging granularity.
4. Lubrication of bearings: Fill the spindle bearings with high-temperature grease every day to avoid dry grinding and heating.
5. Transmission and electrical: check belt tightness and wear; Dust removal of motor cooling fins; Confirm that the grounding is reliable and the line is not damaged.
6. Operation monitoring: start the space-time rotation for 2-3 minutes, and then feed again without abnormal sound; Listen to vibration and abnormal noise during operation, and control the temperature (motor ≤65℃).
