Another situation is that there is a problem in equipment selection, usually the main equipment is not purchased according to the actual demand, or the material type and feed size are changed in the production process. Generally speaking, crushers are suitable for processing secondary materials, such as thin materials such as colored steel tiles and living iron, while primary materials are not suitable.
Finally, the size of the processed material, although the material is within the range of the incoming particle size, if the bulk material accounts for a relatively large proportion, it is difficult for the crusher to complete the crushing operation efficiently during processing, which will also lead to a decline in output. If this happens, it is best to add a coarse crushing device in the front section to make the gradation of materials reach a reasonable state.
