Shredder plugging is easy to burn the motor and damage the core components such as cutter shaft/reducer, resulting in equipment failure and shutdown; It will also lead to violent vibration and abnormal sound of the fuselage, accelerate the wear and aging of parts, and even cause mechanical injury accidents due to forced handling of blocking materials, while reducing production efficiency and increasing maintenance costs.
Methods
1. After plugging, turn off the main power and hang warning signs. If the equipment is equipped with hydraulic reversing function, you can reset the power supply and then slightly reverse it (5-10 seconds at a time) to push the stuck materials in the cavity to the feed inlet reversely. When reversing, it is forbidden for personnel to get close to the feed inlet;
2. After reversing the auxiliary discharging, cut off the power supply, use special tools to clean the remaining materials in the feed inlet and cavity, and give priority to cleaning the winding of the cutter shaft, and prohibit hand contact and violent knocking;
3. After the manual rotor is cleaned, it is confirmed that there is no jamming. After the no-load commissioning is normal, the low-speed feeding will gradually recover, and then it will be adjusted to the normal speed without secondary blockage;
4. Daily anti-blocking: feed at a uniform speed, remove superhard/entangled materials, regularly maintain the cutter and the reversing hydraulic system to ensure the normal reversing function, and cooperate with the feeding grille and overload protection to reduce material blocking.
