Working principle of plastic shredder
The shredder equipment is made of frame, moving knife and fixed knife, coupling, reducer, motor, bearing and other parts by fine processing. When working, the cutter head is driven by two shafts, which produces the crack crushing force and is equipped with a forced feeding system. 2. Because the working principle of the plastic shredder is different from other crushing equipment, it mainly uses the rotary cutting force of the cutter shaft to shred plastic. The rotation speed of the cutter shaft is 15 rpm, and the low rotation speed makes the equipment not produce a lot of noise pollution when working. The main cutter material can be customized according to the customer’s material characteristics and output, and the discharge size is 30-80mm, which can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the cutter and the number of claws.

The whole working system of the plastic shredder is automatically controlled by microcomputer, with the functions of starting, stopping, reversing and overload automatic reversing control, with an abnormal alarm and an automatic protection system for indestructible objects, which is easy to adjust, low in maintenance cost, economical and durable.
