NOTE
1. The debugging equipment is not installed as required. After the machine arrived, it was eager to produce, and before the technicians arrived, the equipment was not assembled and debugged as required, which caused the rotor to be damaged in a short time when the equipment was running and delayed the production process.
2. Too much material. Crushers have standard feed particle size, as we have mentioned many times in the past, if too much material is put into the crusher, it is very likely to lead to the accelerated wear of the vulnerable parts of the equipment. Therefore, it is suggested that you use the feeder to feed evenly as much as possible, and at the same time, you must produce according to the feed particle size specification that the crusher can bear.
3. Large pieces, thick pieces and seals directly enter the machine. In the production process of crusher, if these materials enter directly, it may lead to equipment shutdown. Experienced users will add corresponding coarse crushing equipment in the front section, just to avoid this kind of situation.
Finally, the lubrication is not in place. Crusher is a high-speed rotating equipment. If there is a problem in the lubrication station, the oil supply can’t be timely, and the lubrication can’t keep up, the bearing will soon be locked. Therefore, in the process of equipment use, the wear of wearing parts should be checked in time in each shift, and at the same time, the oil supply of lubricating station should be paid attention to.
