1. Before starting the metal shredder, it is necessary to check whether there is ore or iron in the crushing cavity to ensure that the shredder starts under no-load condition.
2. It is forbidden to take out the ore from the crushing cavity by hand, and special tools should be used for processing after shutdown.
3. In the process of operating the metal shredder, always check whether the lubrication condition of each lubrication point is normal. Pay attention to the temperature of bearing, especially the temperature of eccentric bearing, which is not allowed to exceed 60℃. Check the wear of the ore outlet frequently, and adjust the size of the ore outlet in time according to the wear degree.
4. When starting the large shredder, start the oil pump motor first, and observe whether the oil pressure and oil flow indicator are normal, and then start the main motor. After starting, it will take some time to reach the normal reverse speed. When the machine has no abnormal sound or knocking sound, materials are allowed to be put in.
