Combined with the factors that affect the capacity of crusher mentioned before, I will tell you something new today.
In addition to motor power, material characteristics and wear of wearing parts, crusher productivity is also affected by three kinds of factors that can be easily ignored:
1.Hammer rotation diameter and crushing cavity specification: the larger the specification, the higher the thickness of the treatable material, and the corresponding increase in productivity;
2.Equipment selection and screen configuration: it is necessary to match the actual materials to be processed. The secondary materials/flower boxes should be fitted with 20-mesh screens, the colored steel tiles/household materials should be fitted with 40-50mm round-hole screens, and the primary and secondary mixture (frame/square pipe, etc.) should be fitted with 60×80mm round-hole screens or 60×60mm square-hole screens. Improper selection will directly affect the productivity.
3.Grading of incoming materials: Although the incoming size is compliant, the high proportion of bulk materials will lead to insufficient crushing and decreased productivity. It is suggested to add a shredder at the front end to optimize the material grading before crushing.
It is necessary to focus on the above three points in production to ensure stable production capacity.
