If the feed is concentrated on one side, it will form unilateral crushing. The crusher requires that the feeding must be centered, that is to say, the materials entering the crusher should fall vertically on the distributor to realize full feeding, so as to ensure that the materials are continuously and evenly distributed around the crushing cavity. It can be said that continuous and uniform feeding is a necessary condition for crusher operation.
2.In addition, feed segregation is also one of the causes of the failure.
Feeding segregation means that in the feeding process, large materials are concentrated on one side and fine materials are concentrated on the other side. This situation will not only cause equipment vibration, but also lead to uneven stress on the crusher, which will seriously affect its service life.
