1. Build soundproof room. Use colored steel tiles with rock wool or foam to build a soundproof room, wrap the main engine, and reserve a window of the feeding conveyor after completion. When the equipment runs in soundproof room, the noise generated in the crushing process will be blocked by soundproof room, and the noise reduction effect is very remarkable.
2. Dig a pit. Install the equipment in the pit, and reserve the inlet and maintenance passage of the equipment. The crushed materials are transported to the ground through the discharge conveyor.
3. When selecting equipment, the equipment with thick welded steel plates should be selected, so as to increase the inertia of the equipment itself and avoid the resonance of the equipment during use.
