For example, when dealing with scrap iron, it is recommended to use a forged hammer; If the casting hammer is used, if the casting process is not good, it is easy to produce air holes, which may break in production and cause great damage to the equipment.
Secondly, in the production process, we should ensure the continuous and uniform feeding, avoid the large and small feeding amount or concentrate on one side, and prevent the hammer and screen from local excessive wear. If necessary, the raw materials can be pre-screened to remove large particles and foreign bodies, so as to avoid impact damage to the hammer head and screen.
Then, it is necessary to regularly check the wear of the hammer and the screen, clean up the sundries and blockages on the screen in time, and repair or replace the worn parts.
Finally, it is necessary to standardize the shutdown operation: stop feeding before shutdown, and stop after the equipment runs for a period of time and the materials in the crushing cavity are processed, so as to prevent the materials from squeezing the hammer and the screen in the crushing cavity for a long time.
