Before starting, check whether the rotor of the blade runs flexibly and reliably, and then turn the wheel by hand to see whether the rotation direction of the wheel is consistent with the direction indicated by the machine arrow, whether there is any collision in the crushing room, and whether the blade lubrication of the power machine and shredder is good. At work, we should always pay attention to the operation of the shredder blade. If noise, vibration, excessive temperature of the bearing and the machine body, material spraying and other phenomena are found, we should stop the machine in time for inspection.
3. After the shredder is started, let it idle for two minutes to ensure that the motor starts normally. In the process of feeding, it should be kept as uniform as possible to avoid excessive equipment load caused by centralized feeding.
