Solutions
Generally speaking, the bearing of crusher is not flexible, which is mainly caused by foreign matter entering into the sealing cover.
1.Usually, these foreign bodies are materials processed and produced by equipment, such as iron powder, rust, grease and so on. These foreign objects do great damage to the equipment. When they enter the sealing cover, the rotation resistance will increase, and in severe cases, they will suddenly lock up or decelerate, resulting in abnormal impact of the bearing.
2.Secondly, if foreign matter enters the bearing, it will also lead to lubrication failure, bearing wear, temperature rise and even fracture. If the problem of inflexible operation of crusher is found in time in the production process, the treatment method is relatively simple, just open the sealing cover to remove foreign matter.
