The first stage: also known as the initial wear stage. At this time, the tool edge is sharp, the contact area with the contact surface is not large, and the pressure is high, so the tool wear at this stage also occurs at the initial stage of equipment operation. It is not recommended to change the tool at this stage, because it can create maximum value when the equipment performance reaches the optimal operation cycle.
The second stage: this is the running-in period of normal tool wear. After the first stage, the rough surface of the tool was basically ground and the tool began to wear, but the wear degree was slow because its edge was still very sharp. The third stage: this is the most important stage, and it is necessary to pay close attention to the wear state of the blade.
