In the operation of crusher, the high temperature of bearings at both ends is a high-frequency fault, which can shorten the life of bearings and cause equipment shutdown. The following are the core incentives, which can quickly locate the problem by troubleshooting in the order from easy to difficult:
1.Poor lubrication (highest incidence): Incorrect grease selection, improper filling amount, deterioration and failure of grease will destroy bearing lubrication protection and aggravate friction and temperature rise, which is the primary investigation item.
2.Impurity invasion: dust and material debris around the bearing are not cleaned in time, the sealing ring is aging and damaged, and impurities enter the bearing and scratch the internal parts, which intensifies friction and heat generation.
3.Excessive assembly and installation accuracy: improper matching tolerance between bearing and shaft and bearing seat, or misalignment of bearing seats at both ends and deformation of spindle will lead to uneven bearing capacity of shaft, resulting in additional friction and continuous temperature rise.
4.Fatigue damage of bearing body: after long-term high-load operation, structural damages such as wear and cracks appear on bearing raceway and roller, resulting in unstable rotor operation, sudden increase of friction load and rapid rise of temperature.
According to the above order, you can quickly locate the root cause of the fault and solve it pertinently. There are other crusher related equipment problems, welcome to consult.
