Recently, some coustomer have asked for information about hazardous waste disposal such as large oil drums and paint drums. Today, we will explain them in detail from the following aspects.
Prerequisite
Paint barrels, oil drums, chemical barrels and other hazardous wastes cannot be treated blindly, because the treatment of these hazardous wastes requires corresponding qualifications.
Processing ways
The production line of hazardous waste solidification treatment is mainly divided into three steps: shredding, cleaning and crushing.
The main equipment used is shredders, cleaning machines and crushers. The hazardous waste first enters the shredder through the chain conveyor for coarse crushing treatment, and then enters the spiral cleaning machine. When cleaning, caustic soda should be added to clean the oil stains and paint on it. After cleaning, the shredded materials enter a crusher (i.e. a granulator) for crushing. Part of the paint can be removed during the crusher treatment, and the final mixture can be sorted to finally get clean iron particles. At the same time, the whole production line is equipped with dust collector and spray device.
Finally, the hazardous waste treated by these curing equipment is more convenient to transport and helps to reduce the transportation cost.
