Crusher is a very commonly used equipment in secondary material treatment. In the production process, due to the material properties, some wear and tear often occurs. Today, let’s take a look at two common kinds of wear and tear of crusher.

Firstly, the wear of hammer and screen. They are in direct contact with materials and are the main parts of crusher. Under normal wear and tear, we can replace these hammers and screens regularly according to the discharging condition. However, if the impurity content of raw materials is large, it will aggravate the wear degree of hammer and screen, and even cause the equipment to stop production.
Secondly, the wear of the oil seal of the lubrication system. The rotating speed of the crusher is high, and the finished product particle size is small, and particles such as rust and dust can easily invade the lubrication system of the crusher, thus causing oil seal wear and grease penetration.
The above two situations belong to the common wear of crusher. In the process of using the equipment, we must do a good job in the pretreatment of raw materials, and regularly overhaul the equipment and replace new accessories in time to keep our equipment in good production condition.
