Usually, the first oil change of equipment is recommended to be about 500 hours, and the second oil change is between 1500 and 2000 hours. The subsequent oil change cycle needs to be determined according to the actual production situation.
Secondly, pay attention to whether the cooling fan is blocked. This is directly related to the oil return temperature of the lubrication system. Cleaning up the blockage in time can prevent the equipment from stopping due to excessive temperature.
Finally, the cleanliness of the dust-proof filter element. Due to the influence of working environment, the dust filter element of lubrication system needs to be replaced in time. Doing routine maintenance can not only ensure the smooth operation of the production line, but also effectively extend the service life of the equipment.
