In the production of crushers, whether the uniformity and specific gravity of discharged particles reach the standard directly affects the quality of finished products and production benefits. If such problems occur, the core incentives mainly include the following four categories:
1.The running-in of new equipment has not been completed: the small machine needs to feed 100~200 tons and the large machine needs to feed 300~400 tons. After grinding the edges and corners of the hammer, the discharging grain shape can reach the standard;
2.The crushing ratio of materials and equipment does not match: it is necessary to keep continuous and uniform feeding under the premise that the equipment is not overloaded, so that the material gradation is in a reasonable state;
3.The design parameters of the equipment are unreasonable: the crushing cavity, the rotating diameter of the hammer head and the spacing between the hammers and screens all affect the production effect. Among them, the larger the rotary diameter of the hammer and the crushing cavity, the thicker the treatable material, and the better the output and grain shape performance; The spacing between hammer and screen should match the aperture of screen. If 20mm round hole screen is used for broken flower box materials, the spacing should also be set to 20 mm;
4.Wear of wearing parts: Wear of wearing parts will directly lead to uneven discharging strength and substandard specific gravity, so it is necessary to pay attention to it in production and replace it in time to avoid losses.
It is suggested to standardize running-in and feeding, check parameters, and regularly inspect and replace wearing parts.
