Reasons
1. In the production process, due to operational errors or other factors, these vulnerable parts occasionally break, so they need to be replaced within a certain period, otherwise it will reduce the use efficiency of equipment and increase the load of the machine. Generally speaking, a pair of hammers can handle about 3000 tons of secondary materials and 2500-2600 tons of primary materials.
2. When the impact pressure of the equipment increases, the liner fails to give full play to its due role, but instead transmits strong impulse to the rotor. This will lead to the displacement change of the hammer during operation, and the bottom of the hammer will collide with the frame guard plate and other parts, which will lead to the fracture of the hammer.
3. Unreasonable feeding mode, too large feeding size or too much feeding may also cause the hammer or screen to break.
