Maintenance methods
1. After stopping the machine every day, use a soft brush to clean the metal debris between the cutter teeth, and do not use alcohol or acetone;
2. When installing the blade, ensure that the flange is clean and the bolts are tightened to 120-140 Nm;
3. Add high-temperature resistant lithium grease every 200-500 hours to lubricate the bearing and connecting surface;
4. If the blade wears 0.2 mm, you should find a professional tool to repair it, instead of using a hand grinding wheel;
5. If the equipment is out of service for more than two days, it should be coated with antirust oil and covered with dust-proof cloth. It should be checked every three days in humid days in Zhengzhou.
